english breakfast sandwich

english biscuits (muffins)
eggs pastrami, bacon hamburger (what ever)
green onions minced
diced tomatoe
cheese and an empty small soup can with both ends cut out and washed.
(only things really needed is the eggs and the biscuits and the can)
oil pan as you wish(I like butter)
put can in pan up right
set medium heat crack the egg into can add other toppings (chopped)in to can. and cover.
place Biscet halves in toaster about 10 min.
remove can. use spatula to place egg on toasted biscuits add a slice of cheese, and cover with the other half. tha can makes a form to perfectly fit theeggto the biscuits. just like the big chains only better.

This is an awesome one Richard.
thanks Apple, I like this one because it takes a boring breakfast, and makes it interesting,
their kinda like mini omelet sand witches.

;-) also a fun way to get kids interested in cooking, because it is easy for them to make this works for making mini pancakes too. just pour the batter into the can wait for the bubbles, then remove can and flip.

Over the weekend I made Hassleback Potatoes for my gf. She said she'd never heard of them and now she loves them.

Basically what you do:

Pick some potatoes that would be good for baking.
Wash and trim the foul but don't peel.
Pat dry.

Slice the tater 3/4 of the way down in thin slices.
I use two wooden spoons for the depth of cut cause I was chopping stright thru the potato without a knife stop.

Gently spread the 'leafs' and butter. add salt & pepper if you like.

I use a paper bowl (fits perfect)
Microwave using the potato setting.

Remove tater from the oven. Sprinkle bacon & cheese and renuke it for 30 sec.
Done.

Variations:
Alfredo & Provolone (W/shredded chicken)
Sharp White Cheddar and Chive
Salsa & Nacho
Ham & Swiss
Sour Cream, Mushrooms & A1

In a regular oven the taters are a bit crispier (I wonder if they can be air fried?)

another one my family really likes. my husband was french and he loved this recipe. I can't have eggs and am lactose intolerant, so I have to take their work for it.

Easy Quiche

4 large eggs - beaten
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup cream or milk
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups cheddar cheese - grated
1 small bunch of chives - chopped (optional)

directions
1) put 1 1/2 cups of cheese in the bottom of each pie store bought pie crust (buy deep pie shells).

2) Pour egg mixture over the pie shells

3) Bake for 50 minutes at 375F

4) Cool for at least 10 minutes before serving

Note: The chives are 6-8 pieces chopped up or use 1-2 tbsp of dried.

makes 2 store bought pie shells. if there isn't enough egg mixture I sometimes use 6 eggs and half everything else to make another batch.

hello Gia...tnx for dropping by...this seems delish..wel gonna try it for sure.❤

You're so welcome. My family loves it. sometimes I add chili powder aswell, but it's amazing just as is. My kids ask for it often and the adult ones haven't left yet... I swear it's because I cook bolig family dinners. Can be made with quarter chicken or drumsticks aswell. Enjoy.
