I'm thinking, gaining an extra hour in 2021, is like getting a bonus track on a Yoko Ono album.

This gonna take more than 2 weeks to heal ... Quite likely, yes. Be careful with the ankle, maybe do some specific exercises to strengthen it. I believe grabbing a ball between your feet, moving it back and forth, trying to grab hold of it, is helpful. Search online. I once twisted my ankle, was real bad, needed a broomstick to walk. I was told the exercises were important so I wouldn't keep spraining it for the rest of my life. And I did, mostly with the ball. My ankle never bothered me again once healed. That is a tennis ball or similar, not a football of course, hihi.
