Thanks to everyone who contributed their thoughts and opinions. As for me I say we need sex workers because not everyone is lucky to get sex out of love and sex is part if life so this this the only option this applies mostly to men |

It was founded in 1987 by, among others, Catherine Healy, and received funding from the Minister of Health in 1988, and subsequently the Department of Health (which became the Ministry of Health). The organisation played a major part in the decriminalisation of prostitution.
