i hit a rough patch here a while ago, found out my blood sugar had spiked and i went from 8.8 to 11.8 on diabetes watch because i quit taking pills and ate a lot of chocolate and ice cream during the winter months... so evidently my sour mood had a medical reason for it at least partly....back on meds and eating a better diet...trying to live to 80 not 65.

I’m missing the adventure, and unknown, that make the missing unknown barrier... the adventure. The lust and danger that can bring two people together even if eventually may be a separating condition that keeps people together through the journey alone. Friends or lovers. No bridges to be burned. I'm missing this too. I think If it's meant to be, it'll happen...if not, I'm ok with that. Ot: I'm so ready for Spring.

mask wearing is making my skin splotchy and I already have eczema -still want to wear it just in case but only when absolutely necessary. Trying to reduce stress which can cause it or make it worse -but also found that my favorite foods also cause it -anything in the nightshade family -peppers, tomatoes, etc -still researching. Avoided them for a while then tried them again -very noticeable difference, so doing it again.

I think it started with my hot pepper phase. was growing and consuming large amount a of ghost Chili's, habaneros, etc -and homegrown t'maters. I can do without the peppers, but probably could notbfenybmyself a nice heirloom sammy with melted cheddar and mayo. numnumnum
