THinking... I DID IT!! I got groceries in, heavier stuff too. I decided to walk with my bike so I could hang the bag on it. First few street were really awkward and very slippery, then a slightly larger street and the left hand side was clear! I'm supposed to be on the right side, but there was no traffic so I cycled hihi. Only had a near-slip twice. Once on my own driveway

Zombies I don't watch a lot of zombie movies, I find most of them stupid. Last night, I dreamed of a zombie apocalypse. Thing is, none of them had teeth? I woke as an old man was gumming on my shoulder. First waking thought...WTF? That was weird?

Thinking I need to take thermal underwear to work tomorrow in case the heater doesn't get fixed. It was broke when I got to work at 5am, and the guy never got there to fix it until it was time for me to leave at 2:30pm. I'm still thawing out.

It was broke when I got to work at 5am, and the guy never got there to fix it until it was time for me to leave at 2:30pm. I'm still thawing out. Geezzz... that's awful! Hope you have better luck tomorrow. OT - thinking what movie to watch next. I'm binge watching Tinker Bell movies and thoroughly enjoying it!

It was 57F/13C all day, might not have been bad on a summer day. But with it being a cement building and 10F/-12C outside, it was pretty damn cold, haha.

I don't mind cold for a short period provided I'm dressed for it. But that long at work... Been there when I was still teaching at this one school where they switched off the heating entirely during the weekend. It took till approx Wednesday for things to be sort of warm again. Was me and my students in class with our coats on and still cold cos you're sitting still. Insanity that was!

That it was good to have that conversation with my daughter, even though it was difficult and intense. Neither intending to go there, but ended up there. In the end it was really good to both have ventilated and expressed our side. I do need to recover a bit, hihi.

Thinking the furnace guy that supposedly fixed the furnace needs to go back to school. Fortunately my roommate dropped off a couple space heaters or it would have been another cold day at work. Also thinking how becoming an assistant manager is going to change my life. The current one is leaving in two weeks and I will most likely be offered the position.

Thinking... what a turbulent night. I was cold, couldn't get warm until I put a sweater on over my PJ top. First time since I moved in here I think that I was that cold. Been clenching my jaws in my sleep, so my teeth ache. A couple times I woke, fearing I'd broken a tooth, again. Phew... hihi.
