Thrilled, happy, grateful, just simply ecstatic, haha... my wonderful roommate was able to find me a better vehicle, so I will be driving to Wyoming and my future destinations. Thrilled, happy, grateful, just simply ecstatic, haha... my wonderful roommate was able to find me a better vehicle, so I will be driving to Wyoming and my future destinations. The Universe has truly blessed me. Two of three major things I was willing to sacrifice to take the job in Wyoming have been returned to me. I just had a look on Google Maps. Driving to Wyoming is HOLY COW!!!! Half way through America. Kinda like "How the West was won". That's 3355 kms?! 32 hrs drive. Phew. I'd fly, haha. My daughter at the time did 8-12 hrs to go to her in laws. I always worried. What if your car breaks down? 9 out of 10 times you're in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Then what do you do? Just things that would go through my Dutch mind, haha. If I drive 500 kms I'm in Germany, hihi. Brave people, you Americans. Nevertheless, happy you're happy and you got a better car!

Faith Crystal, faith, haha! I've done it before back in 2001. And I learned my lesson in wondering what would happen if I broke down, how I would survive. Spirit was kind enough to show me, lol. Fortunately I was within walking distance to a gas station so I could call someone to fix my flat tire. I'll be fine. I'll take my time and stop a few places along the way. I was fully prepared to fly, but having a car with being there for six months will sure be nice.

Happy to have the next two days off, though I wish I wasn't working one more week. I have a million things to do before my trip to Wyoming. Fortunately I'll have around ten days after my last work day before I head out. Less if I decide to take my time so I can relax along the way.
