You can begin by feeling love to for instance a singing bird, a happy child etc. Flowing love towards anything is already opening up to love, including self-love. Gratitude for what you have, a warm bed, a comfy chair, etc. etc. All seemingly small things but these are the big things that will bring you into a vibration of love AND self-love!

That's exactly what I've been focused on lately..... it's a work in progress  but I've made a good productive start and the rest......
Just takes time, effort and desire. Just finished my 5 mile early morning before the sun gets up walk and I'm sitting outside watching the sun come up, my morning routine. That's the easiest part for me, reconnecting with the joy I get from nature..... the second part I'm working on..... but not as easy. Thank you for the beautiful reading, nice to know I'm on the right track ! Good to hear KitKat! Opening to nature... could you maybe just go for a walk or sit somewhere in nature or next to a plant even, hihi, and feel what it has to bring you? Doesn't have to be deep or difficult. Don't effort too much, just love what you see. Look at a tree trunk, branches, colours, leaves, how they make you feel etc. You cannot do that when you're rushing. Nature doesn't rush. Its energy is nice and slow with a steady flow. Anywho, great to hear it resonates!

Thank you, Crystal! You’re right, I keep getting similar messages, still keeping my options open :) As wonky as 2020 was, it’s no surprise I remain content on my own. Who know what 2021 has in store though! Indeed! And the more you have love in your heart, and an open heart, the easier loving things and people can come to you. Of course it'd be nice if Mr Right for you comes along, hihi, but this is not just about romantic love although the chances of attracted that increase the more you have love in your heart for everything and everything.

He governs the throat which at its deepest level is about unconditionally trusting God which comes down to knowing you are always safe, protected and looked after. If you can trust you are safe and protected, you create a shield of light around you. When this shield is up, only loving experiences can enter it. Also, when you have to enter a place / situation where you feel you need protection, for instance when there are people who are negative or just a huge crowd, you can imagine you get the deep blue cloak of AA Michael around you to protect you. I do this myself and it works a treat to keep all unwanted energies from places or people out of your system, meaning it won't affect your feeling & mood.
