LOVE & ACCEPT YOURSELF Your self-esteem and confidence have taken blows of shock and trauma over the years and are no longer serving you. You have the magnificent ability to live a life you love. Take time today to realise that you are loved by heaven and then take some steps towards loving yourself just the same. This is the key to opening up your good heart. Now feeling self-love often seems like a huge step. You can begin by feeling love to for instance a singing bird, a happy child etc. Flowing love towards anything is already opening up to love, including self-love. Gratitude for what you have, a warm bed, a comfy chair, etc. etc. All seemingly small things but these are the big things that will bring you into a vibration of love AND self-love!

Whatever the weather, there is something powerful and enlightening about going outside and connecting with the sound and song of nature. Go outdoors and walk, speak to your angels, enjoy the beauty of the plants, countryside or park that you connect with. In another way I feel it's also about you showing and living the authentic you, your true nature, or taking the time to feel and live your own nature = who you are, what you love, what makes you happy. Time for you and to enjoy being you.  Spot on crystal   That's exactly what I've been focused on lately..... it's a work in progress  but I've made a good productive start and the rest...... Just takes time, effort and desire. Just finished my 5 mile early morning before the sun gets up walk and I'm sitting outside watching the sun come up, my morning routine. That's the easiest part for me, reconnecting with the joy I get from nature..... the second part I'm working on..... but not as easy. Opening to nature... could you maybe just go for a walk or sit somewhere in nature or next to a plant even, hihi, and feel what it has to bring you? Doesn't have to be deep or difficult. Don't effort too much, just love what you see. Look at a tree trunk, branches, colours, leaves, how they make you feel etc. You cannot do that when you're rushing. Nature doesn't rush. Its energy is nice and slow with a steady flow. Anywho, great to hear it resonates!
