Taking some time to do this allows your heart to open to inspiration the angels around you. And inspiration brings joy, increases your health and sense of happiness and well-being.

Maybe you are currently not really listening to music. Then this is an invite to do so.
But I feel especially the part about connecting with other people with whom you can be yourself and just 'be', laugh, feel good etc.

Your self-esteem and confidence have taken blows of shock and trauma over the years and are no longer serving you. I know you are happily married, but in spite of that there can still be some underlying self-love issues. So in that sense, is your self-love hinging on your relationship or is it totally solid on its own?

I somehow was thinking 9, as this is 18 added up (1+8). Funny enough that'd be "Express your creativity" which feels more correct. Are you doing what you love, expressing who you are or have time to do the things that really make you happy etc etc

Thanks Crystal! That is spot on for sure.... I need to love & accept myself the way I am, the way my husband does🥰. I’m always wishing I could lose a few pounds...exercise more, eat healthy....etc. I’m fine and hubby loves me just the way I am!
