But I feel especially the part about connecting with other people with whom you can be yourself and just 'be', laugh, feel good etc.

The angels want nothing more than for you to be at peace with your life and they are here to help restore your faith and confidence in yourself. You have the magnificent ability to live a life you love. Take time today to realise that you are loved by heaven and then take some steps towards loving yourself just the same. This is the key to opening up your good heart. I know you are happily married, but in spite of that there can still be some underlying self-love issues. So in that sense, is your self-love hinging on your relationship or is it totally solid on its own? Please let me know if this resonates or not. I somehow was thinking 9, as this is 18 added up (1+8). Funny enough that'd be "Express your creativity" which feels more correct. Are you doing what you love, expressing who you are or have time to do the things that really make you happy etc etc

I need to love & accept myself the way I am, the way my husband does🥰. I’m always wishing I could lose a few pounds...exercise more, eat healthy....etc. I’m fine and hubby loves me just the way I am!

I need to love & accept myself the way I am, the way my husband does🥰. I’m always wishing I could lose a few pounds...exercise more, eat healthy....etc. I’m fine and hubby loves me just the way I am! Thank you for the feedback Dee! And yes, very important to see yourself as the beautiful woman you are and to love yourself. We often waste so much time thinking we're too this and too that. You can begin by feeling love to for instance a singing bird, a happy child etc. Flowing love towards anything is already opening up to love, including self-love. Gratitude for what you have, a warm bed, a comfy chair, etc. etc. All seemingly small things but these are the big things that will bring you into a vibration of love AND self-love! This is all so true Crystal. It's a hard journey but one I know will happen.

Also, by taking time out to breathe before you start your day or at the end to digest the events of the hours gone by, you will give yourself the time and space to review the positive experiences you've had.
