Once again, alone for Christmas. Grown kids 1500 miles away, sitting in a motel room in a new city, on call for my job, kind of wishing for a call to go to work, hopefully to have someone to talk to. This sucks big time.

Go to a restruant and mingle with the watresses, lol Find a nice lounge to just watch a game in... THAT was my outs... Merry Christmas, and be safe.....

It's true! You are appreciated. E-mail me more info and I'll start sending you care packages. I do it all the time because I love you guys. As for being alone, this is my first Christmas alone. My husband died in April, we didn't have any children and my elderly parents are a couple of hours' drive away. I've been with them for a few days but had to head back home today to work tomorrow. It's beyond lonely right now for me, so yes, I understand. All I can say is, it will be over soon. |
