Green tea and cappucchino please

There is a caffeine bearing plant native to the maritime forests where I live called Yaupon Holly. A similar variety of holly tree grows in South America called Yerba Maté. It tastes like fresh green cut grass.

However nowadays I do not drink caffeine because of anxiety. The psychiatrist told me I had to either give up caffeine or exercise, and exercise is life, so I gave up coffee. Instead, I drink a magnesium drink called “Natural Calm“ which is basically 25% of the daily intake for Magnesium and consists of pure magnesium citrate diluted with water. I am having some right now.

Sounds good I drink both since this year I haven’t had so much coffee mostly green tea I try not to do too much sugar this year too

I'll take a good decaffeinated hot green tea anytime.

I am growing spearmint and tried spearmint coffee cold, just for the heck of it.

Teley, red rose or english breakfast, hot; sometimes with lemon and honey.

Iced tea or depending on what's happening dark coffee with Irish cream creamer.

Just realized as the years have gone by..........now it's caffeine,it used to be cocaine................oh, gettin' old.

Hot coffee with no sugar. Rare occasion latte with flavor. Iced tea in the summer.

Coffee hot, iced on hot days, no flavors except occasionally if I drink it in the evening, then I like mocha or cinnamon. No sugar or creamer.

Tea, herbal teas mostly hot but I like iced tea as well.

Of course: Jasmine and Oolong tea as well but not as frequent as Tetley and English breakfast tea with honey and lemon (my sweet and sour tea:))))

love iced tea but not a big fan of hot tea and the opposite....love hot coffee, not iced coffee.
