Thinking did you ever tell us about the shampoo bars??? I'm hooked on apple cider vinegar for a rinse. I'm doing it once a week and my hair feels like silk and after about 6 weeks now my hair no longer frizzes from the humidity Oh yes! The shampoo is wonderful and very easy to use. You barely have to hold it in your hands to get enough shampoo to wash your hair. Really quite amazing! The conditioner is also good, but it's harder and you have to hold it in your hand and rub them (while in the shower of course) so it gets a wee bit warm and softer. Then it produces conditioner foam like magick :) It smells lovely, my hair is shiny and soft, still has a bit of curl and volume and as easy to comb as always. I don't think the conditioner will help with static in winter time when the air is dry as no conditioner without silicone and other crap does that. But I've been having that problem since I began with healthier shampoo & conditioner 3-4 yrs ago so that won't be anything new. But the scent is great, also later on when your hair is dry and you move your head. So yep, me is happy with it so far! My mum got the rose deodorant and got it in today. I'm going to wait and see how that work out for her as I've been thinking about getting that as well. Good to know.... thanks! I can't do flowery smells, so I'll have to look for fruity or spicy smells. I always read reviews and they've helped me many times but nice to get the opinion of someone" I know " Oh, they also had plenty of other scents but I'm nuts about rose! The flowery thing... for me it depends what it is and also if it's natural or synthetic. I do not like synthetic scents at all, not even for a bog 'perfume' so you won't ever find one in my loo. All au naturel, for better or worse Certain perfumes make me feel sick because there's synthetic stuff in it etc and if something is an overwhelming flower mix I may not like it too much either. But natural rose ... I love it! I also have essential oil rose. A dilute of course as pure is very expensive.

The flu shot was not bad at all. Oh chit, I gotta make up my mind about that... will I get it or not? I can since I was diagnosed with bronchitis and have an inhaler. But I never went to get a flu shot anyway... OT - I did phone my osteo to make a new appointment even though I felt very awkward about it. KitKat's supportive and encouraging words stuck in my mind and helped me pick up the phone and do it. Totally unreal you can feel so insecure and awkward about something like that. She can probably squeeze me in next week. Waiting time to see her is currently 4 weeks or more at the mo so I get VIP treatment, hihi. She knows that when my body throws a wobbler it gets worse real fast.

Thinking... what a relief to hear that the MOT is going well so far. No weird chit. The few things we already knew and a few lights (bulbs). The only thing he has yet to sort is the seriously annoying ticking of the indicator. The outside indicator lights are fine, just on the inside the damn thing is ticking non-stop and I want that fixed as it drives me up the wall. And apparently sorting that is a biotch.

I have been stalking......I mean following her since she was in a beauty contest years and years ago. She was the first runner-up in the Miss USA pageant and came in sixth in the Miss World 1986.
