Thinking... No more chores today! I've done way more yard work than I thought I could, but now it's been enough. Still gotta cook a meal later on and get a few thingies at the supermarket. That's really it!! This girl needs serious chill time!

Thinking next time I'll use frosting, ganache is a major pain in the neck to make, haha. The two chocolates turned out okay, but the vanilla didn't quite fluff up like it was supposed to. It's extremely tasty though, despite being a little droopy... major chocolate overload!

Thinking... tomorrow I'm going to eat meat with dinner... Last few days I had mussels, chicken, prawns. I've been craving meat all night now and of course have nothing. I want Bifi beer sausages, beef jerky, a steak, bacon & eggs, and whatnot!

Thinking about the new lady I'm training today at the store. Hopefully she will work out and become the opener on my days off. The only problem is she can't open on Mondays, but if she can open on Saturdays I would be willing to switch my days off to Saturday and Sunday rather than Sunday and Monday. Brilliant!

Thinking getting the flu shot would be a good idea. We already have one co-worker sick, she's getting tested for covid-19 today just in case it's that instead of the flu. And there's been a few people coming in the store, without masks, with the sniffles wiping their noses with their hand. Hopefully my co-worker doesn't have covid, she is the assistant managers roommate so that would mean both have to stay home for two weeks, and we'd all have to get tested.
