Still feeling good even though I got a mild dip on FB for a bit and even though I almost cycled right into an altercation between 2 men outdoors at the supermarket.
Had lovely experiences indoors everyone, no matter how brief, even if just a smile at another customer, and complementing a girl behind the drugstore counter. Made her day haha. And that made mine even better as well! So far it's been a good day in spite of it being sweltering hot.

We had a fantastic time in Woodstock Saturday through Monday. I had my first river kayaking experience and only tipped over the kayak one time on the six mile journey. The train ride was lovely. And the lost river gorge was a lot of fun. Lots of crawling, climbing, and slithering through the caves. I felt like a kid again and I'm already planning the next adventure.
