How can the mother of my child tell me she loves me ,then breaks up with me only to sleep with multiple guys (within a time span of 5 days of breaking up)that only used her as a *** dumpster and when she realizes it comes asking for our relationship back and still goes to telling me she loves me like nothing happened . Oh and to lie about it to my face and deny it when I see the texts to other guys ..... What do I do ? It's a 7 ur relationship.... PLEASE HELP ME.....

Painful as this may be, you should walk away. How can you possibly trust her not to do this again?

Seriously, I would get out of that relationship now and just concentrate on being a good father to your child . I know it must be hard , but if she has done it multiple times in a few days , then she may have been doing it throughout your relationship ( I’m not saying she has been ) but that would be something that would be crossing my mind .
The trust will be gone now , and it can often be hard to get that trust back again ,
I would definitely for now at least take a step back from being with her . Before it gets even more toxic ,
Some relationships can get past these things , some cannot . You need time to yourself now . Don’t just carry on staying with her just because you have a child and it’s a 7 year relationship. Just concentrate on your child and yourself . She done this to you and the relationship and your child .

When in doubt, think of the example you are setting for your child of what is “acceptable” behavior in a relationship should you chose to stay. Stop the cycle now and get tested for STDs.

Because she has issues. It has nothing to do with you, unless you are leaving out the other side of the coin. You know the phrase-- it takes two to tango. Besides, you chose to stay with her for 7 years. I'm not judging, I'm simply pointing out a piece of information so you can stop feeling sorry for yourself. If you can't take it, leave.
