During these weeks of Lockdown have you saved more money or spent more?

I think for me it's about the same. My life hasn't changed all that much as I don't work anyway.
I did order groceries 3x and I did then get a sense I was spending more on shopping, but... it were big loads too while normally I get small bits in. So I think it was the same as well.

As for the rest, other things, I have bought more the last few weeks, but that is related to something else, not the lockdown.

I have read some spend more on for instance large crystals as they now have some extra money since they cannot go on holiday.

I still go to the exact same places,
at about the same rate as always.

However, thanks to the pissing contest
between Russia & Saudi Arabia,
fuel prices are significantly lower.
So, overall, my expenses are less.

my cash burn rate is definitely less...due to significantly less traveling (by car and by air) less eating out and no shows...

On a first name basis with my kitchen now...and earned a master of can opening certification...

hmmmm...the smoke alarm has been quiet these last few weeks...

I have spent more money at grocery store. I rarely bought any groceries because I ate out half the time. I cook alot at home now and that I am not happy, because I'm single and raised my children years ago.

I cannot wait to get out to Restaurants and Retail shopping.

I have worked through the lockdowns .. definitely saving lots of money . .. not a fan of online retail .

My expenses are about about the same. I haven't been out to eat in about 3 or 4 years. I cook at home. I don't go out to movies and I'm not traveling anywhere. I spend money on gas for my car and shop at the supermarket. I still pay for car insurance, as always.

No change that is noteworthy

I dont shop online. So I loaded up on everything 6 weeks ago, and then quite a bit at the grocery store 2-3 days ago. Most of my expenses are automatically taken out of checking account. I'd say no change except I cant wander through aisles looking at items.

Not coloring my hair anymore. Happy days for gray hair!

I’ve sure been buying a lot on EBAY lately but I do try to save as well.

Around the same. Coffee shops are closed, saving money there. But groceries seem more expensive, spending more money there.
