Me, I like the taste of something more than just a hunk of chicken or beef. Definately cooked... probably something to add some other flavors (seasonings, bread, cheese, etc!) Oh, and as for my favorite base meat... neither. |

I say beef, there's so many different ways to cut and cook beef.
