Going crazy until my routine doctor's appointment is over in 2 weeks. I need coffee bad but I read coffee can raise a person's blood pressure so I am trying to go 2 weeks without coffee.

Coffee and sun.... Thinking about poetry and his two weeks without coffee. Ouch!! I just made a decision. I am not a coffeeaholic so whatever blood pressure that is raised by drinking it I will combat that by my breathing exercises that lower blood pressure. There's always a way to get around what's bad for you.
