I don't know if there is a specific age where men are prone to cheating more, but if I had to guess I'd say it's in their 40s-50s. To give a few examples... my to be husband in the day never cheated on me and would never have. My son's never cheated on his girl and he was with her from approx 22 until 29. The other day he even said he didn't even notice other girls, not even good looking ones. That's what a man is like when he's happily involved. Oxytocine kicks in for him too (does in women as well) and then he's focused on his missus solely. My ex partner never cheated on his wife and they got together at a young age (teenagers). And I seriously doubt my daughter's partner would cheat on her, he's so not the type. I think it's the slightly older men -40s-50s- as that's usually when their relationship fails and when they've done the marriage with children thing. |
