Great, did a bunch of stretching at the fitness center. Thursday I begin the 8 week program. I didn't realize it was weight training, almost cancelled because I don't want to have bulging muscles like a man. But the guy assured me I would still have my girlish figure, just toned up a bit more, so I agreed to do it.

A little nervous about having to go to dentist by bus. I can't take normal bus there due to road works or something. Had to phone a taxi bus for that.

Great! I finally got my box full of groceries that you could save for with saving stamps. I don't always make it as I'm alone and you need 75 of them ($750 worth!) to get your box with contents worth $50.
