Hi, I am failing at online dating and I don't know why... :( ... I am Irish , confident not cocky, in social environments I seem to attract the opposite sex, but here , online , not a peep, its actually beginning to effect my confidence and I wondered.. If just a few ladies could quickly pop in check out my profile pics maybe across a sample I could get an idea of where I am going wrong, the irony is if a woman is not interested in contacting me on the main site why would she here.. One thing many forget is M2 (and other dating sites) are only tools.
If you treat it like a tool and write your profile with tool in mind you still need to wait till someone interested in you finds ya.
You can use this tool to try to contact an interest but if you are using the wrong tool, you will not get results you were expecting.

If the tools you use are not getting you the results you want, you can change your tool and also realize the chances of finding a perfect match are slim.
Ya gotta be patient and flexible.

Set yer mail preferences and realize the site is free and open to anyone, including scammers that will get you worked up and take from you.

Give it some time.
Read the forums.
Pay attention to inconsistencies.

Realize, of all the thousands on here, you just ain't all that special.
If you can deal with that reality, you will have a better chance at your goal.
Look for and stress your good points and leave the negativity out.
Try to remember the messages are free here.
You shouldn't need to pay anything, sign up for anything or go off-site for anything.

I met a woman thru M2 and we have been together for a year now.
It does work, but its nothing more than a tool.
You can't date online, if the goal is to actually meet someone face to face.
Everything else is chaff.

I don't know of any people who like them. We get way too many over here, and I can say from experience they're a rude and arrogant people whether in shops, restaurants or in traffic.

It's a bit unfair to tar all with the same brush. Germany is a big country, it has many different regions with many different people. There is idiots, and there is nice people ... like in any other country.

And I would never dare to call all Dutch people noisy and chaotic, just because I met one couple with screaming kids in a local shop. Because I met many nice Dutch people as well.

Besides, none of my parents or grandparents ever fired a bullet. History is a warning, but no need to bring it up all the time. It is about time to move on, our nations might have more in common than you might think.
