A coma with random forced wakefulness where a doctor asks if you can keep going?
Do you just try to go without sex and when you start dating and seeing someone you break up with them and say "naaah, I think I can go a little longer, so I'mma gonna try for that?"

I don't know how long I "can" go without sex. I've never been motivated to try and no one has offered any incentive for me to do so or any rules defining the boundaries.

I know a general timeline between sexual encounters (not counting masturbation) that I have gone without having sex.
Sometimes I find that interval to be longer than I wanted it to be.
