When I was in school, I was in band. My music teacher could play everything. his main instrument was the trumpet. He told great stories. He was a great teacher.

I like to listen to music when I'm sleeping. I don't sleep well, but if I could only find the perfect piano or guitar music, would be great.

that's what I love about music, you can listen to the same song five times in a row and focus on drums, guitar, bass, vocal etc and get an entirely different perspective. As a multi-instrumentalist, I focus on drums, then bass, then guitar and vocals. When listening to classical music, usually trombone and french horn then I work my way down through first and second violin sections as well as trumpet, clarinet and piccolo.. really becoming a fan of classical for this reason.
