The VERY coolest thing about his question is this... HE IS ASKING questions. So may people go through life and never ask a question. GOD LOVES an inquiring mind. He seeks those who want answers. ONE day this guy will be a believer because he DOES CARE enough to ask.

well "teresita1959" anyone can believe something ...the problem arises when you claim the belief as truth

No funches it was a death not a dream. I saw my grandfather swim to my dead body, retrieve it from the water, swimming to my dad who helprd him get it out. I saw my mother crying "Oh my God my baby is dead!" I was dead. dead. dead. I saw my grandfather take my body by its feet and hit it on the back several times.

people can tell you of dreams in which they had the power of flight and while in that dream state could actually comprehend the mechanics as how to overcome the gravitional pull of the planet and it seem so real to them and then they woke up...and alas it was just a dream

"iamgeorgiagirl" ..only way the people would know that God "always was" would be if they existed before God and witness God "always was-ing"

But those people knew he existed then and he still does now...that is enough years for me to know he is real even without my personal encounter...How can anything exist that long?
I like to think they knew through divine intervention or maybe they were talking to someone like me that died and saw things and then came back to tell the others.

now you are starting to sound like you been watching Star Trek and got trapped in the space time continuum or a worm hole

i keep forgetting that you think linear and have no clue. Earth based cultures cure, have government, have concept of live and others and most importantly listen and look up to th eldlers: We stand on the shoulders of those that come before us. " this is one reason you will never accept the truth when given and feel you are the elders and want to tell us what is right. this is all you have done through out the trend. I have not seen one, correct me if I incorrect, so from here on I will not give you the Elder fact and opinions, but will direct them to others in their post. Elder Funches, if I may ask, what are your beliefs and how do you see the universe? do you have a philosophy you will like to share to help me understand the non existence of GOD. What do you think BABA Funches.

It was no dream. I told everyone what I saw and heard afterward and they confirmed that it was all true...

When I died… in the blink of an eye I was transformed into spirit form I was able to see my own flesh body lying dead on the bottom of the lake where my death occurred. I had no doubt that I was dead when I realized I could see my flesh body lying there lifeless.

Immediately and uncontrollably I realized my soul was in another dimension a spirit one floating upwards into the light in an awesome euphoric way. How could anyone writing the bible possibly know about life after death in advance of if it unless they themselves died yet lived or someone else died and came back and told them, divine intervention told them, or did they just guess or make it all up?

but one is never to young to dream and what you saw in a dream doesn't have to be religious unless one interpet it as such ..you are giving no more information than what the average person experience in a dream ....tell of some knowledge that has nothing to do with this physical reality

The soul doesn’t die just because your flesh body does. It lives on for sure at least initially for me it did. I was impressed. I was also able to see what others near my flesh body were doing to try and save it as I was floating upwards into the bright comforting euphoric light. I felt and saw the awe of the creator’s presence and it felt familiar and everything seemed to have more clarity.

I do not belong to any organized extreme religion that tries to convert others over to it. I just know life after death is real. I know the bible can be hard to understand and seems to be filled with misinterpreted, contradictive, grandiose tales if taken verbatim or out of context. I know it is ancient and odd but I understand the gist. Its authenticity is questioned, debated, disregarded and misrepresented by a lot of people.

My personal experience was proof enough for me. Prophecy and scriptures are being fulfilled. There is no way that could’ve been predicted or made up or guessed about without experience or divine intervention. The spirit world is very real and it exists even though we can not see it in the flesh.

The bible teaches 4 main things …
1. About God’s love
2. Right from wrong.
3. The soul is eternal and
4. How to keep it that way.

I was only a child when this happened to me and was too young to have formed a biased religious opinion. This was so profound that I wanted to share it is all.
This world has two dimensions one seen in the flesh and the other in spirit. They exist simultaneously and the living flesh can only see the dimension it is in. The spirit world sees both at least initially. It exists and I look forward to being there again someday.

that's the point...proof enough for you doesn't equate to proof beyond you

I may not know how the universe was created or how to explain The Creator in a way that everyone can understand or believe but so what. I may not know how to prove the creator created it either, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t true. I’m not sure if it even matters the main thing is it exists and we are here. Let’s make the best of it.

If I only have this short, error filled, hateful, flesh life here on earth only once with nothing but death or infinite darkness after it quickly ends… then there wouldn’t be a whole lot for me or many other people to look forward to much at all then really. Especially for those who are less fortunate in some way, older or sick. But the bible tells us there is more. That’s all there is to it.

All a true Christian wants or should want to do is spread love and the good word to others that there is hope. I do not want to make anyone feel bad for what they believe or don’t. I don’t want anyone to give me a hard time, animosity, praise or money. I don’t want to lie, tell you what to think, or twist your arm to come into my world either. I just want to explain why I feel the way I do is all and hope to give others some ray of hope too.

love    love

Oh and just for the record all mankind and all of the races were created on the 6th day. Adam & Eve weren’t created until after the 7th day there is no incestuous creationism theory reread it. I am not tossing up my hands saying “I can’t explain it or think of any other concept for it so there must be a God who can” in my programmable little mind either. I am basing what I believe on many factors just like everyone else should do or does hopefully when they decide to make a decision.

Sometimes wisdom comes from unlikely sources. Personal experience learned in childhood type wisdom is a favorite of mine. Reading history books and science books aren’t quite my thing as much as other things in my life are like my family, friends, me time, etc. I know some will think that’s imperative before forming an opinion...but I just don’t need that extra confirmation like some about the unseen or unknown.

I choose to see the fallacy in not believing in The Creator more detrimental than choosing to believe in him. I am not programmed to believe in a mind controlling behavioral structure of any kind nor am I forced into submission or conformity because I am a Christian. Last I checked most average people in America still have a mind of their own and are fairly free to choose what they believe as long as it harms no one still.

"imageorgiagirl" I would never call you names when all you were doing was telling me of your experience, it was a discussion that I viewed as an opportunity to learn in which my questions and response was to induce you to devulge a tid bit of information that you may have been unaware that you knew

I was in The Creators bright light floating uncontrollably upward to him as I was looking down at my own dead body...

well "iamageorgiagirl" ..what you experience may have been a dream

noway It was not a dream...I had my grandmother, grandfather, dad, mom & sister there with my flesh body. I saw and heard everything they did as I was floating upward into the light.

you are telling of things that happens in a dream that short term memory loss didn't let you forget ...because explain how you can float surely you retain the memory and knowledge as to how that can be accomplish

Oh I forgot to answer this one. I don't know how I was floating all I know is that I breathed in the water saw fish and stuff swimming in the water and then the next thing I know I am floating upward through the water into the bright light that came to get my soul. I was floating upwards uncontrollably looking down on my flesh body. I guess it was so I could see that I was in fact dead. I don't know how but it was just that way.
