I just read you even have flood warnings... Yes we do. I've been up since 4 am and haven't seen the rain yet although it had been raining before then. I believe England will be getting the brunt of the rain although warnings are in place in Scotland. I'm glad you're having the sun but 30 is too hot for me lol

It's warmer than I really enjoy as well, haha. I actually need to mow the last part of the garden, but not going to with this weather! And tomorrow will be pretty much the same so it won't cool off much tonight I think. The nice thing is to wake up, slip into shorts, no sweater & no socks needed. I'm now benefitting from the duo-rollerblinds I bought in 'linen' a few months back. It's still closed, but cos of its light colour I have full daylight. Angie knows what she buys! Most people buy them in grey/black. Nutters! I don't want gloomy grey light indoors, haha. Anywho, I hope you're going to be okay over there! I also read that you get your weather due to a specific wind, which also prohibits your coast icing up during winter. Icing up?? Wow... But yeah, Scotland is quite a bit higher up than the Netherlands.

Where I live (south west coast) the winters are nothing but ice and quite often snow. I guess the area determines the quantity of ice you may have. The east coast tends to be windier than than the west coast.

And not before time either hehe. My house is okay just now but in about half an hour the sun will shine through the front of the house and it will be insufferable. Thinking I may need to get nekkid lol
