Winter would have been a better choice for sure, but that's okay... I'm enjoying the stinking hot weather anyways, haha. Sitting on the balcony at night or early morning is very nice.

I was reading the subtitles on the television for the weather and it read 'it will be dry and frightful in Scotland' and a few seconds later it was amended to 'it will be dry and bright day in Scotland. It made me giggle

Maui Weather Today.and every day usually At 1600' in elevation on the side of Mt. 18C, storm has gone again, thank goodness! The only material damage is my metal rose arch being blown over again. Meaning it has to be put together, and upright, with a rose growing over it :/ And I cannot do it right now, have been having problems with my head / neck for over a week.

It got rusty over the years so hopefully I can still get it back together. Otherwise I'm stuck with a few meters of rose, and it was blooming so lovely! Light pink, New Dawn, a climber :)
