I guess its their experience..their past relationships which they base it on..

Sanity would be a nice start. Most that I've ever met seem to have depression issues. The tip-off to me, is carrying extra weight. They eat to feel better.

Most want the ideal man. They tend to have too many grand expectations of men. A male friend, and a boyfriend are two entirely different entities. The boyfriend must live up to a higher standard.

I don't want a demanding woman. Almost all I've met, expect more from me than I'm willing to give. I don't ask for much.

Which is why I decided to simplify my life, and not get involved.

antidepressants can contribute to body weight but often the reverse is true . Perhaps they are taking other meds

Judging by tv, commercials, and movies I'd guess the top four would be, Good sex, good sports, a good sandwich ... and a beer.

I don't drink.
So, if a woman's companionship requires
beer, or "other" intoxicants to tolerate her...
