I was in much better shape a year ago than I am today... I've been working on it and it shouldn't be long before I look good in a bathing suit again. It was easy down in Florida to maintain, I could ride my bike every day. Not so easy in the colder climates and when I have a job that isn't as physical as the one in Florida.

The stress of being displaced from the hurricane, and the stress from the job I worked on Mackinac Island seems to have had an adverse effect on my body... that and all the fudge I ate

Thanks but looks and attractiveness generally aren't objective, looks are usually a matter of perspective.....hence the adage "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". But I admit that I think some people need to see an eye doctor!!!

I don't assess my looks like some who say they are cute, handsome, pretty etc., I leave how I look up to individuals to determine, a persons taste in looks is a individual as their taste in food. However I've been know to make self deprecating comments about my looks in jest which some people take seriously.

If you "think valentines is everyday if someone loves you" through deductive reasoning you think there is no need to designate February 14th as Valentine's day to express love. That would eliminating the commercialization of February 14th because there be no need to use the day as an expression of love.

Realistically Hallmark, flower stores, retail outlets and restaurants won't stop their Valentine's day ad campaigns because a lot of people who feel that Valentine's day is a day of commerce they still want someone that loves them everyday to do something "special".

Maybe February 15th should be a day designated to celebrate not having to celebrate February 14th. That might be even more of a boon for businesses!!
