I have steak about twice a week. My fav is 1" ribeye on the grill but I can pan fry a porterhouse that waters your mouth.

Watching Primeval and unwinding before bed. Been another busy but good day Is that the Primeval series with the dinos or the movie about the crocodile? If its the series you might enjoy the Nigel Marvin Prehistoric Park series, made by the same company (Impossible Pictures). Impossible pictures also did the Walking With Dinosaurs series. Most are on youtube or daily motion.
