Thanks Eric My hands are in braces, how do I even hug anyone? Or hold hands, or do anything? And if they don't get better and I can't even use them, what use I am?

It's not easy.. but it's exactly how I feel.. They wanted to put stiff braces on.. I said no.. I need my hands, but they hurt me worse to wear them.. I know your pain babe.. and I don't like your in pain.. Headed to lake.. ttyl

Well right now I'm too busy feeling sorry for myself and fighting the forever feeling of being cold, so it's not working. But I know it works and have experienced it working well in the past... and it will with this as soon as I'm ready to embrace it Emotional crap is a piece of cake, lol. Not so easy with the physical stuff

Very cold. Winter has arrived lol. I went to the hot springs.for a soak. Very nice and relaxing. That's great that you have hot springs to relax in. I wish there were some around here. Felt like winter returned the last couple days, but it's starting to warm up again.
