Other side of my back went out.. Try some basic Tai Chi. You can find relaxing basic moves on youtube. It helped me manage pain during a nasty back injury. And rest! And ice! And rest! Take care of yourself.

stu did you get rained off the lake? Nah, I got my fix in yesterday, fish are lock jawed. I removed about a 100# of trash off the small island. Probably why back is out. Weather's not worth taking a chance on.. |

I've got a pharmacy in my night stand.
 Make it feel better and THEN try it. It helps it from going out again too.  But pull the blinds or the neighbors will think you’ve mixed up yer meds.
