just take it slow in little steps.
there no way to help you trust from outside. it's from inside you |

Well if you haven't found love by now is probably because you have a wall built from previous relationships, must break that wall down

Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. And if you ever find what you need or want, you will know it. That's when the Hot Water Bottle will burst. |

it's all about chemistry, emotions. i do not think there is a "way" to make it happen. love happens independently than human decisions.

Yes I have built up a wall I always push people away to protect myself from getting hurt but I may start to take them bricks down brick by brick or else I'll never find love!

Don't push to hard, but keep your guard up.. A little. If you can't trust, you can't love. Love hurts.. Along with not feeling trusted, or not able to trust others. Take it slow and find yourself first.

You need to go out and enjoy life with your friends and forget the break up of the past. In my opinion you don't find love it finds you. Go on dates and don't take life too seriously, if and when the right one for you comes along I am sure you will know it. Welcome to Mingle2 and good luck in your search. |

Learn to love yourself again first.
Bear in mind that whatever it was that caused you to mistrust was not your fault. Your future is in your own hands. |

How to love again after a long-term relationship
I think this is a very common subject in these M2 Community Forums. Its something a whole lot of people look to be answered. A lot of people get hurt in love in many different ways, all as unique as the people themselves. You will get many different responses from a lot of people but its important to remember that what works for one, may not work for you. I find the best approach is to look deeply and honestly at yourself and try to understand the feelings you are dealing with. Only you know what you are truly feeling. Only you can make the changes you deem necessary. Only you can feel your feelings. Sometimes it may be as simple as asking yourself yes or no questions and deciding an answer. Try to remember that its your life you live. If you concern yourself too deeply with what others expect, you may sacrifice your own happiness and contentment. Being that it is YOUR life, whose happiness and contentment is most important? |

First you need to healed from within.
For you to be healed from the hurt: FORGIVE. 1.Forgive yourself for allowing yourself to fall into such a situation. 2. Forgive the one one who had hurt you. See him as an ignorant folk who dont know your worth. 3. Make wise choices. Take things slowly, but steadily. |
