Well I did raise three boys
Cool news, my sister got off the sauce and is doing well. The place is shaping up, she's got a lady friend from Alaska staying there. And she said no worries on helping out, use the money to get the expensive ski pants I want. They are super nice, will go over my pants for work, and when I'm not working, they will be fine alone, or with fleece leggings. I met a lady who was wearing the same ones I want and she said they are great. She said they are fine by themselves or when it's really cold out a pair of leggings under neath work fine. Better mobility without all the layers, and bulkiness. |

Just need something to do with my hands....that hand to mouth thing is the hardest to get past
Thanks Dee, I know, I've done it before, crazy of me to start again. It was only to be for two weeks....16 years ago! 
Best thing I used when trying to quit is cutting straws in 1/3rds when I needed a cig I got me a peppermint candy or what ever you like best and then a straw for that hand to mouth thing worked like a charm.. When I was finished with it I threw it away like I would a cig... |

Lol, that would definitely stop the whiny, I'd probably have a hard time stopping the laughing though.

I would cut up several of them keep them in my car at my desk and in my purse at all times.... Found straws that were about the size of a cig....

I'll pick some up from the store tonight. For now I can use those little wooden coffee stirrers from the dining hall.
