Well I survived my first week here. I thought about the last couple weeks and I think I've done more in the last 3 weeks than I have in the last 3 months since the hurricane. Deciding to leave the Keys for a while has been good for me

Good for you, Pisces! You can do It! It’s not easy, I quit 23 years ago...cold turkey! Wish I had never started in the first place- Just take it one day at a time! and try getting some suckers and gum, or hard candy Good luck!

I have lozengers and patches, so no withdrawals Eric Just need something to do with my hands....that hand to mouth thing is the hardest to get past Thanks Dee, I know, I've done it before, crazy of me to start again. It was only to be for two weeks....16 years ago!
