Well I survived my first week here.
I thought about the last couple weeks and I think I've done more in the last 3 weeks than I have in the last 3 months since the hurricane. Deciding to leave the Keys for a while has been good for me

Good for you, Pisces! You can do It!  It’s not easy, I quit 23 years ago...cold turkey! Wish I had never started in the first place- Just take it one day at a time!  and try getting some suckers and gum, or hard candy   Good luck!

Just need something to do with my hands....that hand to mouth thing is the hardest to get past Thanks Dee, I know, I've done it before, crazy of me to start again. It was only to be for two weeks....16 years ago!
