I get lonely at night because ive always got a lot going through my mind

Hardly ever get lonely, mostly directly after he's gone home again. Although, to be honest, that feeling is more than just feeling lonely.

I don't get lonely very often. Once in a while, in the middle of the night when I wake up, might feel a little lonely. Sometimes I put on music, then I don't feel lonely.

Oh yeah, spent almost a decade like that. Horrible. Don't ever do what I did, and leave before a decade has gone by, haha

I very seldom get lonely... when that feeling comes I turn on the music and dance dance dance... feel the music and my spirit will soar... or look in the mirror and smile at myself and make funny faces and that will make me laugh... or play online mind games, card games etc.

There are so many things you can do to overcome that feeling of loneliness. Get a hobby... mine is photography. Read books... go to the library. Start a spice garden. Learn origami. Lean new language. Start baking cookies. I love freshly baked chocolate chips cookies, don't you?

I suffered from "Empty Nest Syndrome" for a few years.
That was hell. Especially at night.
Now I don't feel lonely much at all.
I guess I'm getting used to being alone.

I guess if I get really close with someone I might feel lonely again when they are not with me.
I really don't have anyone to be longing for in my life right now.

Generally music can make me feel even more lonely as I listen to a lot of love songs Phil Colin's and stuff like that

I seldom get lonely either, but occasionally I do...mostly when I'm not doing anything other than sitting around. There have been times I get lonely when I see other couples together or new relationships forming. I'm happy for them and think it's beautiful, but once in a while I feel a little lonely and wish I had someone special in my life.

Nights are definitely the worst as everything is quiet and I'm always reflecting on the day, I used to like it a few years I used to sit outside look up at the moon light and daydream

I used to bake all the time when my kids were younger. They are in Michigan and I'm in Florida now, so I haven't baked much. I love baking, so I should start doing it again. I'll have to give a lot of it away though, maybe take it to work with me....Bake goods tend to grow on you and not in a good way, lol.

Pisces, Maybe you should bake cookies and mail it to your kids. Sometimes I bring cookies to my library or local radio station. That's good to do in a small town. I haven't done that in a while.
