Pain is running high today so positive is difficult. A woman I just met online the other day wants to meet at 11am today. I am mildly excited.

She is 10 years older than me. Recovering from open-heart surgery. Says she needs a friend, so why not? BTW, I live with pain 24/7 there are days when it runs high and days when it runs low. Today its running high, probably due to lack of sleep last night. It slows me down but I refuse to allow it to incapacitate me.

I'm just happy :) In spite of a chronic thingy acting up (seems to be going around at the moment, hear it a lot, hang in there Tom!) I had my hair cut, back to the length that makes me feel "me", so I'm really happy! The man truly is everywhere? And then I came across beef jerky!! OMG, I almost c... lol Had some fun with him on App I'm having a brill day . .

I ate all the beef jerky, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Oh, and speaking of British accents... my British friends are coming over soon. They're already in the country cos of King's Day yesterday. Nice woman but we didn't click. Spent about 4 hours with her and we talked a lot. Pain got worse so I went home.

Yesterday I gave away some furniture to a couple who came to my house to pick it up. Actually, they are not a couple, but divorced and good friends. They met in Alaska and live near me. We talked for about half an hour. They were nice and I'm glad I met them.
