I did the Epsom Salts the first day with heat
but they just got bigger and bigger with the
swelling so I have strapped ice packs to my
feet and take them off only to refreeze them.

I did a bad thing by limiting fluids because
I simply couldna make it to the bathroom, but
now I suck down a lot of water..that is about it.

Here is a funny thing, never saw it before.
My toenails are pointing nearly perpendicular
to the toe, the swelling has pushed them into
that position..kinda weird hahaha

A rub down with oil is not advised...we all know what that leads to...sore knees...especially if you are wearing a hospital gown.

Thanks nursie, the BP is mostly under control,
the swelling is down a bit today (which alone gets
painful in a small area like the foot) I keep ice
packs on them all day..I feel improvements :-)

No no no on Stephen King books! I stopped after 'Cujo'..
what kind of lame azz story drags you down through the whole
thing establishing hope for the people, then he kills them
all off anyway in the end anyway? Way to ruin a good day so
I avoid his stuff anymore, can give one nightmares.
