Fallen companions and lost family and friends
Stripped from our lives before there time was to end

Love ever growing for loved ones past on
We miss you all greatly and our hearts scream out in song

The first days past and it seemed like life was nothing without you
Still hanging on to wonderful , loving memories of all the things we used to do

With now only thoughts and pictures to recollect from
Your love still fills our hearts loudly like the beat from a
drum

We will miss you always our patrons of life
Though you have left us in this world your spirit grants us light

thank you all for posting but if Twitch had not posted her poem today this would have never been written so if you would like to thank someone please read her poem and post

that was beautiful and can so relate to that

As, I had read Twitches poem before reaching your's, I told her of my grandma, who was really my mom, the rest of this is in her poem.

But to your's I add a funny note:

My mom is a ghost, she visits me often, she evens hides things on me....

I am so happy that she is near.

So, I would like to add also, as long as they are in your heart the memory of them will live long

thank you all..as I am at my uncles funeral today and his memory I will always keep
