eh....i leave it alone.....it's her business....i might say hi if she gave me a look or something but it's not my place to ask or assume...

i wouldn't think anything, if i was interested i would think of a way to talk to her without alerting the whole group, but then again i would probably be talking the talk and not walking the walk

I'm sure I wouldn't even notice. I never pay any attention to stuff like that....

Unless everyone is sitting there holding hands with their partner, I don't think I would be able to tell that she was the only single girl...whenever I go out with a bunch of my coupled friends, the girls kinda do their thing and the boys do ours.

there are many many possible scenerios
it certainly doesn't have to be a negative reason
or that she is "desperate" in any way

not at all hun, but as for hitting on her i doubt it, once i was in a situation like that, i wrote her a note on a piece of paper and slipped it to her as both parties were getting ready to leave, it just said call me please i would like to talk to you.... to my surprise she actually did but we never hooked up we are still friends today though

in my experience, you have no idea if a girl is single or not untill it is braught up in conversation in one way or another... unless of course you see them kiss somebody or something, even wearing a ring wouldn't shoo me away, because lots of girls wear rings simply because they like it.... the only intimidation on MY END of aproaching a single girl in a group, is in fact the approach itself.... but if i wanted to say hello or meet someone well enough, i SURE AS HECK ain't lettin a group of people stop me, i'll find away!

So Atom you don't think it is a disadvantage then?? Because I have 3 very dear girlfriends and they are either married or living w/ sig. other. So everytime we go out it is as a group and me being the 7th wheel. I often wonder if it is to my disadvantage.....
