Topic: Do You Have a "Type"? | |

For instance, I think Kate Blanchett and Kate Hudson are absolutely BEAUTIFUL and I love their energies! ...but Kate Hepburn just does it for me.
There is the battle of the Kates. I'd like to think I was above physical, but I tend to gravitate towards the raven haired beauties. Our mothers either loved Newman OR Redford. Do you have a "type"? |

No, no type..though I do notice the tall ones get
my immediate attention, that may be just a girly thing. I am more the Jon Lovitz type, I fall over laughing if they have humor :-) |

Do You Have a "Type"?
Based on biased hindsight, yes. Although it's more of a hierarchy. |

I think I gravitate to ones who are mechanically inclined... they seem more like a 'manly man'..guys who can fix things, are creative.

Thinking of the partners / BF I've had, no.
But there is a type that rings my bell. Kind of like what Terence Knox used to look like in Tour of Duty. And in general men with darker hair. But Terence Knox back then, esp when he'd lost a wee bit of weight, hot dang! |

Reminds me of the Canadian comic Red Green, who always ended the mechanical segment of his show with the aphorism that men should know how to work with tools..."So If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy." |

But Terence Knox back then, esp when he'd lost a wee bit of weight, hot dang! That was a great series, (1987-90), complete with a rather downbeat finale. I did get to fly in a Huey that flew in Nam. Personally I prefer strong women, like Sigourney. |

My type would be like someone with the red cape and eyes like that can read my mind...always looking so very good to be near with and be held safely in his arms.... if you need a friend im the one to fly to and if you need to be loved here i am read my mind

Yeah I guess I do...
I tend to gravitate to the lanky rugged built with high intellect, sense of quirkiness that is quick to laugh at himself. I like a man that is comfortable working mehtalky as well as physical. A man with a quick wit, great smile, eyes that can be soo tender, great butt can be so sexy.., |

Mostly Asians but if I had to pick a couple, I've always had a thing for Michelle Yeoh but my first crush was Yu Hasebe from the Jpop group Dream or any of the members of the group Perfume.
