Lots of great sex but that was offset by lies and incompatability.

Got to meet Txsgal (Kristi) years ago and we hang out once in a while. I like hanging with her because she makes me look sane

I've had some really nice meetings with fellow posters as well. Eileen is still a friend although I haven't seen her in a few years.

It's as vague or as direct as you want it to be. I think the question is pretty straightforward. You can take it in any direction you choose to be appropriate for your experiences.

I've been on the internet since 1995. I have met some really great people on many different sites. I even dated a few and almost remarried with one.

If you would have combined the two in your first post the meaning would have been clear but I don't know you.

As it is "What is or was your best experience" it implies that we are relating our best experience. Best experience in life, in love or in relationships (this is a dating site and it is posted in Dating & Relationships).

One thing that I know from years online is that words can have different meanings if you are not specific.

Had you wrote: What is your best online meet? it would have been clear.

So, What is or was your best experience meeting someone via the internet? You didn't answer your own question? Are you taking a survey or are you wanting to share? Shall we all tell you but you will not tell us?

I do now but so? We are all different and see things differently. It doesn't matter how I saw it - I asked because I wasn't sure

I met a really sweet guy once, unbelievably sweet, we hung out a while, he was a fellow musical artist, we did jams together , I went to his shows, and then one new years he just stopped calling

found out later, this sweet guy, had been picked up for soliciting teens,,,

My best experience was not meeting "someone" via the internet.
It was attending an internet friends get-together in Florida in 2009.
It was then a yearly get-together and we posted our photos in blogs.
It was exciting to finally meet my internet friends (from another dating site).
But those days were gone... beautiful photos and sweet memories remain
forever.

I met Eileen, Joanne, and Rosemarie (all former posters here) for dinner a few times. It was always very pleasant. They are all sweethearts and I still stay in touch via Facebook, although Rosemarie is now married and not around much...
