Yep! Had that in my last one. Bummer. Great to write it out in thought. I think it will make things better as you discover for yourself the many reasons why they could not see the type of damage they would do by connecting with you on that "I love you level".

It helped you to open up yourself more to them and take bigger risks. Then they rip your heart out one day and say something that is completely opposite.

It makes you feel cheated at first. I now know she did not understand what she was doing and it makes it a little better.

I think the problem is that people throw around the L word way too loosely. There are so many emotions and feelings that are mistaken for love. It's so painful when you find out the truth.

Sorry for your broken heart and hurt feelings......it is never easy to put yourself out there! Even harder after being hurt....

because saying i love you will get me in your pants. once i get in i've accomplished my mission and its time to go on to the next one.

doesnt work when the person saying it has never got in your pants before he desides he doesnt know what he wants

I will not let the past rob me of a brighter future. I believe there is enough love in this world for everyone. We just keep trying to give it to the wrong one. I too believed that love was not for me-Until this person came into my life and lied his way through me loving him world without end. I did not get mad about it, nor will I give up on love. It just shows me how much Love I have to give to the right person if he ever comes along.
