I do agree! Remain celibate before the wed.

Why is it such a rare thing to find a young Christian man who believes in this? Unfortunately I can say the same thing bout the opposite gender :(. Would make it so much more lovely, and much more of "making love" rather then just another night of "sex". It's rare in general, because of the fallen world we live in. Everyone wants sex, only problem is they want it "now". And not willing to wait for the "appropriate" time :( |

A lot of marriages have broken due to sexual incompatibility. I'm not an advocate of sex before marriage but you've got to enter into marriages with both eyes open. no mushy mushy stuff no more That's not true... when two people fall in love and full commitment, marriage vows spoken from lips and heart and to our Father... then there is no such thing as sexual incompatibility; because the genuine Groom to Bride love is there and nothing should put a damper on their holy union, in any way shape or form... unless one of both are not truly committed to Christ... but if they weren't committed the they wouldn't have taken such great care to wait until their honeymoon... that takes commitment and genuine love for our Lord and for the future spouse; which is awesome, beautiful. |

I'm 32 and a Christian. I never had sex (shocker) and if i waited this long, i can wait til the "i do". I never had any luck finding a Christian woman near me. I keep praying to God that he gives me the woman of my dreams..

Hi everyone! in women side, we can wait but in men side I'm doubting them. and I'm waiting to see a man can hold his desire until the day. :)

These people are hard to find. I'm glad there are people here who believe the same way I do.
With the moral decline of the world in general I find dating very difficult because when I bring that subject up usually I met with indifference and the date goes downhill from there. So I'm wondering are there any women in Arizona that believe this way anymore? |

I'm experienced from a previous marriage but I have absolutely no problem waiting until I'm married with a future partner.

Waiting for marriage is a personal choice. I don't think sex is as important as it may seem. However, it is difficult to convince someone if they don't have that mindset.

Good stance for abstinence . I was married before and we didnt have sex before we got married . It wasnt easy but it was well worth it. You realize after the fact that it wasnt so bad, abstaining. Dont give in, that is one area that you dont want guilt or regret in. If youre separated , that means STILL married. God would call it adultry . He will give you the strength to endure and overcome . Abide in Me, Jesus said, without me, you can do nothing. God might call it adultery to get remarried at all. Those are religious debates for other threads,,, |
