You are so wrong about the perception you placed on me, Looks are not as important to me as someone with morals. I can say some not so nice things right now, but I will bite my tongue and let it go.

Couple of things. One: read the book, "He's just not that into you". It is really eye-opening. Two: take a good hard look at the guys that are "poofing". In retrospect, are they all similarly unavailable, emotionally or otherwise? I guess my point is to at least peek at your choices. If you are confident in that area, then it is the guys' problem. You deserve better than them!!

It's sad really, but I think that guy was just out for one thing, and when he saw he wasn't getting it, he left. Believe me, you're FAR better off. You can do MUCH better than THAT!

Sadly, that's all some guys want. But, trust me, we're not ALL like that. Some of us prefer good company, tantalizing conversation, and sharing life's precious moments with someone who appreciates them as much as we do.

It really sucks to be alone, trust me. I've never felt as lonely as I have these last few months. But, better to be alone, I guess, than to be with someone who's only out for one thing.

Hang in there, ShagnaC . The right one WILL come along sooner than you think. You deserve nothing less.

You know it isnt because I am a prude, I mean I love sex just as much as the next person, but I am sure in the hell not going to screw him the first time I see him, that is just trashy. People always talk about being single and lonley and then when they do have a great time with someone with hopes this might be it, poof! One of them is gone without a word, and they are on to the next one.
