To seperate from older truthes

Reflections of the heart
That which never went away

Although the distance spans
From one land to the next
Her heart is home to mine
In this truth I am blessed

Her spirit's beauty conquers all
That I have ever come to know
The greatest gift I could have
Has been the love she's shown

If I had the world to give
Then given to her it would be
My reward would be her smile
It seems effortless you see

For within my heart I knew
That there was something more
Than what I learned in this life
That true love was not a chore

This vestige of the truth had
Hold of me from within
As the deepest of my love
Had remembered my best friend

And her love she left with me
Despite departure long ago
So in the future when returned
To her heart it would know
