“This Dance”

You are everything a girl could dream.
Of, you take me to the extreme.
For many years now I have looked from afar.
You were like that shinning star.
In the sky that I never thought I could reach.
From the first moment I saw you and each.
Time after that my heart would sink.
To the point I could not even think.
In my mind for many years I knew.
Through the years these feelings grew.
It came to a point I no longer knew what to do.
Had I waited to long and would I lose you?
Being around you have always been the best.
You are so caring and loving you out shine the rest.
All that you do for me has touched my heart.
Even though for the last few years we have been apart.
You stayed and I went off to school.
Still to both of us our friendship was like a golden rule.
It would last a lifetime never would we doubt.
Our friendship would remain day in and day out.
You see we were connected from the very start.
No matter how much I tried to deny you have my heart.
Before you I now stand with open arms in front of you.
You see I love all the little things you do.
But I guess I did not realize how much you meant.
To me until this time and to leave is pure torment.
Even though I know it is only for a short time.
It will seem more like a lifetime.
I don’t know were this might go, but I’m willing to wait.
Till your past the things on your mind and your ready to date.
When I look into your deep dark brown eyes you make me melt.
I never thought I would feel this way even having a black belt.
Can not help me now for you see it is you that is in my dream.
You know everything about me down to my favorite ice cream.
These last few weeks and the time we have spent.
I realized how I feel being near you and to smell your scent.
You see I have been given a second chance.
To be with you as we learn together this dance.

Yes and ohhhhhhhh what a beautiful chance that was given to these two. I could not be any happier for them then I am. This was read shortly after I posted it last night a whole new world has been opened to them and I'm over joyed that I got to witness this event even if it was by IM alone. This just made my day.
