Ummmm...I'd say to break it down plain and simple...that with lust your feelings for the other person only lie in wanting to having sex with them and nothing else...and with love your feelings for the other person lie in having a real, serious, long-term relationship with them along with sex.

Funny thing is we can't figure it out. We are broke up. But, the attraction is still there. Don't know if we are suppressing the love feelings or is it lust. I know it is kind of strange after that length of time.

Very simple...Lust is the obsession of person, place, or thing. Usually once you get what you want, you don't want it anymore, it fades just as fast as it appeared. Love is the knowledge of someone that you are with. Its the goodness that the person has within them that makes you fall in love with them. It never fades over time and can only get stronger as time goes on. |
