Im sorry ladies but must come to the defense of the men on this one.....No one can read minds....especially most men.....I have been with my husband for 26 years and if their is one thing I have learned its.....If he ask me what's wrong then by golly george I better tell him what's wrong....men don't think beyond their noses so to speak. Ask them direct questions looking into their eyes and get a direct answer...If your waiting for them to answer anything the way you think they should FORGET IT.....

Well I guess its easier for us girls to say "nothing" and more cute in a way than saying "no problem"

My advise is if you ask and they say nothing or i dont wanna
talk about it,just leave it till there ready.
Dont force your curiosity on someone whos got a problem.

I think girls say "nothing" because we expect you to know what you have done wrong, which isnt really fair since we are unpredictable sometimes. I think the best thing to do is make her feel like you really care about why she is upset, she might forgive you right on the spot!

if its not you, do your best to try to smooth over whatever situation that it is!

I have to agree with the women on here. Another reason we tell you nothing is because we don't want to argue and are in that moment trying to let go of the expectation we have with you. Many times we are hurt or afraid of how you will respond. I guess we are trying to keep the peace. I guess a question I have for you is how would you respond if we said "something" Maybe if they cant talk about it or wont maybe what needs to be said is I am hear for you when you are ready to talk. Maybe all they need is a hug and reassurance from you.

sometimes we figure, why bother try to explain it since you:

1. won't care
2. won't understand
3. won't do anything about it
4. don't care
5. did I say don't care yet?

If I say nothing its because I don't want to talk about it... if you really did do something, I'm not so passive..lmao
