I know what you mean I am 55 years old 7 years ago I weigh 500 pounds I am now down to 175 I did it all by myself no surgery ![]() ![]() ![]() |

132 lbs.
222 lbs while I am bench pressing, 0 lbs while doing pull-ups. Whether a woman is skinny like a cricket which chirps in the peaceful night or is shaped like a green onion in the fertile ground, they look good. That is my honest attraction. Health is more important. |

I’m a 51 year old woman and run every morning to maintain my health and fitness. My height is 165cm and my weight is 45kgs. There is no magic wand that can make you fit and healthy, its up to you to do that. I dont diet, just eat the right foods but still enjoy a glass of wine and sometimes foods. Its really not rocket science
