I have had similar thoughts. I don't know if people are trying to understand what the whole concept is or they actively practice it.

I think it is very rare in the real world reality; especially here in USA. Some may pretend they do it but it is still just prostitution. With all the dangers and misery that goes with it.

You can bet if some guy coughs up too much they are either a major jerk, deluded, addicted, or just trying to peeve someone weather it is and Ex wife or their adult children who have written them off. Some say the apartment , cars ect. are the Sugar Babies but you look at the title and they are only on loan as long as it is useful. If you cross these kind of guys they would crucify you.
