Well, now that I got your attention....

It is difficult ...
I'm just hurting really bad inside...
and I don't know how to deal with it...

I am oftentimes a pillar of strength and wisdom...
I am usually the one who many people turn to,
for love and advice, for moral strength & support...

guess I need to somehow recharge my spiritual batteries..
Cause I can't be here for anyone else,
in the way I would like to be....

if I don't somehow learn how to fully
rejuvenate and replenish my own energy
and my emotional & spiritual oasis....

Long walks and deep thought always help me Rapunzel. Especially the exercise.

Hi Rapunzel, I know where you're coming from. The trick is, you occasionally have to be selfish and do something just for you. Doesn't matter what it is, locking your doors and turning off your phone and reading a book all day with 1/2 gallon of ice cream, going to a movie you want to see that no one else will, running away for a night, whatever it is that makes YOU happy and content, without regard for anything else. You'll feel much better and in a much more giving mood!
